Warranty

Different products have different warranty. But normal is 3 years, some are 5 years to 10 years. 


Over the warranty, we also provided repair service. 

After-Sale Service Policy

Each factory would have problems, small or big! We do not afraid the problem, because each problem help us improve in the future. 


BUT ANYWAY, if the product has any problems, we MUST sovle it for you at once. Regarding to our after-sale service policy, please check as below FIVE important points. 


1. PLEASE TAKE THE CLEARLY VIDEO AND PICTURES OF THE FAULT PRODUCTS AND SEND IT TO customerservice@growingdesk.com

2. PLEASE DO NOT OPERATE OR OPEN THE PRODUCTS WITHOUT ALLOWING

3. WE WOULD SEND FREE REPLACEMENTS FOR THE QUALITY ISSUES PRODUCTS

4. MAN-MADE DAMAGE CAN NOT GET FREE REPLACEMENTS

5. WE MAY NEED TO GET BACK THE FAULT PRODUCTS IF NEEDED, PLEASE KEEP THE PACKAGE BEFORE WE MADE THE DECISION

We provide free shipping to some countries or locations. Please feel free to Contact Us to check if your country is on the list.

Your SAMPLE order will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the product. Certain items may be shipped via freight due to their size and/or shape. The batch orders will be shipped by sea. We will ship your order with the fastest, safest, and most reliable way.

Lead Time

Please allow 1–7 days for sample order processing . Regarding to the batch order, the lead time about 10 to 30 days.

Inspecting Before Signing

Our sit stand desks are large and rather heavy. Do not sign for a package before you inspect it. First, inspect the box for obvious damage. We then recommend that you open the box that contains the desktop to inspect for concealed damage. Once the driver leaves it becomes the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim. Call the carrier immediately for instructions or visit their website for detailed instructions.
